Rich, restaurant-style pasta with tender steak strips, creamy Parmesan sauce, and crisp-tender broccoli. Itβs hearty, garlicky, and tastes like something from a steakhouse pasta menu.
π Ingredients:
π₯© Steak:
- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), sliced thin
- 1 tsp salt
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
π Pasta & broccoli:
- 10β12 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
π§ Creamy Parmesan sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1Β½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
π©βπ³ Instructions:
1. Cook pasta & broccoli
Boil penne in salted water.
Add broccoli during last 2β3 minutes of cooking.
Drain and set aside.
2. Cook steak
Season sliced steak.
Sear in hot pan with olive oil for 2β3 minutes per side until browned.
Remove and rest.
3. Make creamy sauce
In same pan, melt butter.
Add garlic and sautΓ© 30 seconds.
Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in cream and milk until smooth.
Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Simmer until thick and creamy.
4. Combine
Add pasta and broccoli into sauce.
Toss to coat.
Return steak to pan and mix gently.
