🧾 Ingredients:
🍪 Crust & crumble:
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter (cold, cubed)
- ½ cup sugar

- Press half into a lined baking pan

- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden
3. Make lemon filling
- Whisk eggs, sugar, lemon juice, zest, and flour until smooth
4. Assemble
- Pour lemon filling over warm crust
- Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture on top
5. Bake again
- Bake 18–22 minutes until set and lightly golden
6. Cool & slice
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for cleaner cuts
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired
