Classic Oven-Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 medium russet potatoes (best for baking)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt (coarse if possible)
- Optional toppings: butter, sour cream, cheese, green onions
🔪 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

- Pierce each potato a few times with a fork.
