- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2–3 cups spinach

🔪 Instructions:
1. Cook the chicken
