🧾 Ingredients:
Dry:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup sugar
Wet:
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup melted butter or oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Filling:
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

🔪 Instructions:
1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Grease a donut pan (or use muffin pan if needed)
- Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp flour (prevents sinking)
2. Make batter
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
- Whisk wet ingredients in another
- Combine gently (don’t overmix)
- Fold in blueberries carefully
3. Bake
- Spoon or pipe batter into donut molds
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and springy
- Let cool 5 minutes before removing
4. Glaze (optional but recommended)
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth
- Dip cooled donuts or drizzle on top
