- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1½–2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or blend)
- Lettuce, shredded (optional)
- Tomato, diced (optional)

- 1 tbsp yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder

1. Cook chicken filling
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds
- Stir in chicken and spices
- Mix in mayo/sour cream and hot sauce

- Lay tortilla flat
