🛒 Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup cottage cheese (smooth or blended for texture)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips

1. Prep oven
- Preheat to 180°C (350°F)
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper
2. Mix wet ingredients
- In a bowl, mash bananas
