- 2 salmon fillets

👨🍳 Instructions
1. Grill the salmon
- Preheat grill or pan over medium-high heat
- Season salmon with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice
- Grill 3–5 minutes per side until golden and flaky
- Let rest for 2–3 minutes
2. Prepare salad base
- Combine greens, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and avocado in a bowl
3. Make dressing
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper, and herbs
- Adjust seasoning to taste
4. Assemble salad
- Add grilled salmon on top of the salad
