Creamy Strawberry Carlota
π§Ύ Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (washed & sliced)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 package cream cheese (softened)
- 1β2 packs Maria cookies (or any plain tea biscuits)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

- Make the cream mixture
Blend the condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. - Prepare the strawberries
Slice them thinly. You can reserve a few for decoration. - Layer the dessert
In a dish:- Add a layer of cookies (you can lightly dip them in milk if you want them softer)
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture
- Add a layer of strawberries
- Repeat layers
Continue layering (cookies β cream β strawberries) until you finish the ingredients. End with cream on top. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4β6 hours (overnight is best so it sets nicely). - Decorate & serve
Top with extra strawberries before serving π
π‘ Tips:
- You can swap strawberries for mango, peach, or pineapple.
- For extra flavor, add a thin layer of strawberry jam between layers.
- Crush some cookies on top for texture.
