🍗🧄 Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Casserole
This is a rich, creamy, ultra-comforting bake—tender chicken, buttery biscuits, and cheesy Alfredo sauce all baked together into one golden, bubbly casserole.
🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8–10 biscuits)
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter (for greasing or extra richness)
Optional add-ins:
- 1 cup broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
- ½ cup cooked bacon bits
- ½ cup mushrooms
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven
Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
2. Prep the biscuits
Cut each biscuit into quarters. Set aside.
3. Mix the filling
In a large bowl, combine:
- Cooked chicken
- Alfredo sauce
- Heavy cream (if using)
- Garlic
- Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- Half of the mozzarella and Parmesan
Stir until everything is well coated.
4. Assemble casserole
Add biscuit pieces into the sauce mixture and gently fold to coat.
Pour everything into the baking dish. Spread evenly.
Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
5. Bake
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until:

If browning too fast, loosely cover with foil.
