1. Prepare filling
- Cook sausage in a pan until browned, then drain excess fat
- Mix sausage with softened Cream Cheese until creamy

2. Assemble rolls

- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles
- Place a spoonful of filling on the wide end of each triangle
