Brown Sugar Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes

🛒 Ingredients
🥞 Pancake batter
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍯 Cinnamon swirl
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
🍥 Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Make the batter
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed (don’t overmix)
2. Prepare the swirl
- Mix brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon
- Transfer to a squeeze bottle or zip bag (snip the corner)
3. Cook pancakes
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat
- Pour batter to form pancakes
- Once bubbles form, pipe a swirl onto each pancake
4. Flip carefully
- Cook another 1–2 minutes until done
- Wipe pan between batches if sugar burns
5. Make glaze
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth
6. Serve
- Drizzle glaze over warm pancakes
