Crabby Shrimp Garlic Bread Bombs
Golden, buttery “bread bombs” stuffed with creamy crab and shrimp filling—crispy outside, melty and garlicky inside. Perfect party appetizer or indulgent snack.
🛒 Ingredients
🍤 Seafood filling
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat (or imitation crab)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika + salt mix)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
🥖 Garlic bread bombs
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Pinch of salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Make the filling
- Mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, mayo, lemon juice, seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper
- Stir until creamy and well combined
2. Prep dough
- Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a small circle
3. Fill & seal
- Spoon filling into the center
- Carefully pinch edges and roll into a tight ball
- Place seam-side down on baking tray
4. Bake
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F)
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown
5. Garlic butter finish
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt
- Brush generously over hot bread bombs
