🥗 Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta (macaroni, fusilli, or shells)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tbsp Greek Yogurt (optional, for lighter creaminess)
- 1 tbsp mustard (optional, for tang)
- ½ cup cucumber (diced)
- ½ cup carrots (finely chopped or grated)
- ¼ cup red onion (finely chopped)
- ½ cup sweet corn (optional)
- ½ cup cooked chicken or ham (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar

1. Cook the pasta
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
