Creamy Spinach Stuffed Salmon & Shrimp
An indulgent, restaurant-style dish: flaky salmon fillets stuffed with a creamy spinach filling and topped with juicy shrimp in a silky garlic cream sauce.

đ Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
𼏠Spinach filling
- 2 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen, squeezed dry)
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- Âź cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
đ¤ Shrimp & sauce
- 250 g (½ lb) shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Âź cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
đ¨âđł Instructions
1. Prep the salmon
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F)
- Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet (donât cut all the way through)
- Season inside and outside with salt and pepper
2. Make the filling
- SautĂŠ spinach briefly until wilted (if fresh), then cool
- Mix spinach with cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper
3. Stuff the salmon
- Fill each salmon pocket generously with the spinach mixture
4. Sear & bake
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet
- Sear salmon 2â3 minutes per side until lightly golden
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake 10â12 minutes until cooked through
5. Cook the shrimp & sauce
- In another pan, melt butter and sautĂŠ garlic
- Add shrimp and cook 2â3 minutes until pink, then remove
- Pour in cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and seasoning
- Simmer until slightly thickened
- Return shrimp to the sauce
6. Assemble
- Spoon creamy shrimp sauce over the stuffed salmon
- Garnish with parsley or extra lemon
