1. Prep chicken
Slice chicken into even cutlets for faster, even cooking.
Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Set up breading station
Prepare three bowls:
- Flour
- Beaten eggs
- Breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and herbs
3. Coat chicken
Dip each piece in:
- Flour β Egg β Parmesan breadcrumb mixture
Press firmly so coating sticks well.
4. Cook (choose method):
