- 1 large baguette or Italian loaf
- 2–3 tbsp butter (softened)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

1. Prep the bread

- Slice loaf lengthwise

- Mix butter + garlic and spread inside the bread
2. Make filling

- Mix in half the mozzarella
3. Fill boats
- Spoon mixture into bread halves
- Top with remaining mozzarella + parmesan
4. Bake
- Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
