What it is
Grilled Cheese Sandwich is a classic sandwich made by melting cheese between slices of bread and cooking it until the outside is golden and crispy.

- 2 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or sourdough)
- 1–2 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or American)

1. Assemble
- Butter (or lightly mayo) the outside of each bread slice
- Place cheese between the slices
2. Preheat
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 2–3 minutes
3. Cook
- Place sandwich in air fryer basket
- Cook 6–8 minutes total
- Flip halfway for even browning
4. Finish
- Cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is fully melted
- Let it rest 1 minute before cutting
