- 1 whole chicken (or 4–6 bone-in pieces like thighs/drumsticks)
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme (or 1 tsp dried) 🌿
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋

👨🍳 Instructions
1. Prep chicken
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Pat chicken dry (important for crispy skin)
- Mix oil/butter, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice
- Rub mixture all over chicken (and under skin if possible)
2. Roast
- Place chicken in a roasting tray
- Roast for 45–70 minutes depending on size

3. Rest
- Let chicken rest 10 minutes before cutting to keep it juicy
