- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup whipped topping (or freshly whipped cream)
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (or homemade)

- Drain pineapple very well (press out excess liquid—important for setting)
2. Mix filling
- In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, pineapple, lemon juice, and vanilla
- Fold in whipped topping gently
- Stir in pecans and coconut
3. Assemble
- Pour mixture into graham cracker crust
- Smooth the top evenly
4. Chill
- Refrigerate for 4–6 hours (or overnight) until firm
