- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 300–400g corned beef (sliced or chopped)
- 1–1½ cups sauerkraut (drained well)
- 6–8 slices Swiss cheese
- ¼–½ cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, for brushing top)

1. Prepare the base
