2. Shape
- Form into small patties (like burger size or smaller)
3. Cook
Pan-fry method (crispiest):
- Heat oil in a skillet
- Cook 3β4 minutes per side until golden brown
Air fryer method (lighter):
- Spray lightly with oil
- Cook at 180Β°C (356Β°F) for 10β12 minutes
- Flip halfway
