Shrimp Stuffed Garlic Bread
Crispy, buttery garlic bread loaded with juicy shrimp, melted cheese, and garlicky herb butter—perfect as a party appetizer or indulgent snack.
🛒 Ingredients
🥖 Bread base
- 1 large French baguette or Italian loaf
- 2 tbsp olive oil
🦐 Shrimp filling
- 300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined (chopped small)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
🧀 Cheesy layer
- 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
🧄 Garlic butter topping
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Pinch of salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Prep oven
- Preheat to 190°C (375°F)
- Line baking tray with foil or parchment
2. Cook shrimp filling
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Cook 2–3 minutes until pink
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley
- Remove from heat
3. Prepare bread
- Slice bread lengthwise (like a sandwich)
- Lightly hollow center if needed
4. Assemble
- Brush inside of bread with olive oil
- Add mozzarella first
- Add shrimp mixture evenly
- Top with Parmesan
5. Bake
- Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy
6. Garlic butter finish
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt
- Brush over hot bread
