Steak Bites with Creamy Lemon Parmesan Spaghetti

🛒 Ingredients
🥩 Steak bites
- 400–500 g steak (sirloin, ribeye, or striploin), cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
🍝 Spaghetti
- 250–300 g spaghetti
- Salt (for boiling water)
🥣 Creamy lemon Parmesan sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half cream + half milk)
- ½ cup chicken broth or pasta water
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: pinch of chili flakes 🌶️
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook pasta
- Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente
- Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain
2. Sear steak bites
- Heat olive oil in a hot skillet
- Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
- Sear 2–3 minutes until browned outside but juicy inside
- Remove and set aside
3. Make creamy lemon sauce
- In same pan, melt butter
- Add garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds
- Pour in cream and broth (or pasta water)
- Stir and simmer 2–3 minutes
- Add Parmesan, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper
- Stir until smooth and creamy
4. Combine pasta
- Add spaghetti into sauce
- Toss until fully coated
- Add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen
5. Add steak bites
- Return steak to pan
- Toss gently or serve on top
